The goal

Build content that doctors, compliance leads and CTOs would trust, then produce more of it without letting accuracy slip.

How we did it

Write for the decision maker, match content to each buying stage, and use AI only where it is safe.

  1. 01

Write for the person who signs off

Content was built for the reader who has to defend the purchase inside their company: answer first, every claim verified, the objection dealt with on the page.

  2. 02

Match content to the buyer's stage

Email, LinkedIn and the website were each matched to where the buyer was, with real search demand choosing the topics instead of an internal calendar.

  3. 03

    Use AI for drafts only

A GenAI workflow took over outlines, first drafts and variants. The technical review and the brand voice stayed with a person.

  4. 04

    Measure leads, not output

Results were measured in qualified leads, not in how many pieces went out.

What made it hard

AI healthcare and Web3 are hard to write about honestly, and expert readers spot vague claims instantly. With AI tools, accuracy is the first thing to slip. We decided in advance which steps AI could touch and kept every claim under human review.

The result

Qualified leads rose 40% in Q3 2024, driven by better distribution and SEO rather than more posts. Production time fell by about a quarter, with the same accuracy and voice.

Where AI helped, and where it did not

The AI tool was used for drafting, not for the final piece. It produced outlines, first drafts and variations. A person checked every technical claim and kept the brand voice. The 25% time saving came from the drafting stages only. Nothing was saved by checking less.

Why this matters for you

Many teams that use AI for content lose accuracy and tone first, and only notice months later, when expert readers have stopped trusting them. Deciding up front which steps AI can do, and keeping a person on the rest, is what makes the speed safe.

Our note
The model drafts. A person is still accountable for every claim in it.
