Terms of service
The rules for using this site and the basis on which we work with clients. Plain language, no traps. A signed scope of work always sits on top of these terms.

About these terms
These terms apply to your use of https://projectstation.com and to any services Project Station FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us") provides to you. By using the site or engaging us you agree to them. For every engagement we also agree a written scope of work (the "Scope"). If the Scope and these terms disagree, the Scope wins.
Using this website
You may browse, share and link to this site. You may not copy large parts of it, scrape it in bulk, attempt to break or overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or use it for anything unlawful. The text, design, graphics, logo and code are ours or our licensors' and are protected by intellectual property law.
We write carefully, but the content here is general information, not professional advice for your situation. Market figures are attributed to their sources and may change. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Prices, quotes and currencies
Prices on this site are published in UAE dirhams and shown in other currencies at an indicative exchange rate. Published ranges show where a typical engagement lands; your price is the one in your signed Scope or written quote. Prices exclude VAT and any other taxes, which are added where the law requires.
Offers
Each offer on the offers page has its own terms, shown with it, and those terms form part of these terms. Unless an offer says otherwise, offers are for new clients, cannot be combined, apply only while they are published and may be withdrawn at any time. An agreement signed while an offer is live keeps the offer.
How engagements work
Before any invoice we agree a Scope covering deliverables, timeline, price, minimum term and exclusions. Work outside the Scope is quoted and agreed in writing before we do it. To deliver on time we need timely access to your accounts, content and approvals; if these are delayed, timelines move with them.
Fees and payment
Unless the Scope says otherwise, retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and projects are invoiced in the milestones set out in the Scope. Invoices are due within 14 days. If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue we may pause work after giving you written notice.
Ad spend and third-party costs
Advertising spend is always billed by the platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and others) directly to your own accounts. We never mark it up or route it through ours. Third-party tools, licences, stock assets and similar costs are yours unless the Scope says we include them.
Your accounts, your data, your work
Ad accounts, analytics, Search Console, CMS, CRM, domains and hosting stay in your name, and we use them with access you grant and can revoke. Once you have paid for a deliverable, the rights in it pass to you. We keep the rights in our own methods, templates, tools and know-how, and you receive a licence to use anything of ours built into your deliverables. We will only name you or show your work in our marketing with your written permission.
Results
Search engines, AI assistants and ad platforms are run by third parties and change without notice, so nobody can honestly guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. We guarantee the deliverables, cadence and reporting in your Scope, and we will always tell you plainly what is and is not working.
Confidentiality
We keep your confidential information confidential and use it only to do the work. You do the same with ours, including non-public pricing and methods. This lasts for three years after the engagement ends.
Data protection
Where we handle personal data on your behalf, for example your customers' data in your CRM or analytics, we act as your processor, follow your instructions and protect it as described in our privacy policy. We sign a data processing agreement on request.
Term and ending an engagement
Retainers run for the minimum term in the Scope and then continue month to month until either of us gives 30 days' written notice. Either of us may end an engagement immediately if the other seriously breaches it and does not fix the breach within 14 days of written notice. When an engagement ends you pay for work done to that date and we hand over your files, accounts and documentation.
Liability
Our total liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, except where the law does not allow that limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Events outside our control
Neither of us is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as platform outages, network failures or government action. The affected party will tell the other promptly and do what it reasonably can to limit the impact.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If a dispute arises we will first try in good faith to settle it within 30 days. If we cannot, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes the protections of the law where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Changes do not affect a Scope already signed.
